Golden Children is designed with a relaxed, easy fit made for growing kids.

Our sizing can vary slightly depending on the style, fabric and intended fit, but as a general guide we recommend choosing your child’s usual size for the intended fit.

If your child is between sizes, or you prefer a more oversized look, we generally recommend sizing up.

For the most accurate fit, compare the garment measurements below with a similar piece your child already owns.

HOW TO MEASURE

Width:
Measure straight across the garment from underarm to underarm.

Length:
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Waist:
Measure straight across the waistband while the garment is lying flat.

Garment measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between styles.

Our tees are designed for a relaxed, oversized fit with dropped shoulders.

Choose your child’s usual size for the intended Golden fit, or size up for an even more oversized look and extra room to grow.

Width across chest:

1–2 years — 38cm
3–4 years — 41cm
5–6 years — 43cm
7–8 years — 46cm
9–10 years — 48cm

Length from highest shoulder point to hem:

1–2 years — 35cm
3–4 years — 40cm
5–6 years — 45cm
7–8 years — 49cm
9–10 years — 54cm

Our sweaters are designed with a relaxed fit and dropped shoulders.

Choose your child’s usual size for the intended fit. Size up if you prefer a more oversized look or would like extra room for layering.

7–8 years — 52cm

Length from highest shoulder point to hem:

1–2 years — 36cm
3–4 years — 41cm

Our pants are designed for a relaxed, easy fit with an elasticated waistband.

Choose your child’s usual size for the intended fit. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Waist:

1–2 years — 21cm
3–4 years — 23cm
5–6 years — 25cm
7–8 years — 28cm

Length:

1–2 years — 40cm
3–4 years — 49cm
5–6 years — 60cm
7–8 years — 67cm

For longer styles, the waistband can often be rolled to shorten the leg if needed.

For shorts, I’d use the exact same format once you pull the measurements from one representative style:

Waist:

1–2 years — 22cm
3–4 years — 24cm
5–6 years — 26cm
7–8 years — 28cm
9–10 years — 30cm
